Today I’ve sticked to my diet completely! And tomorrow I’ll go one step further, I’ll quit smoking. Feels awesome. And now I’m going to bed, sleep tight everybody!

Breakfast: 2 apples
Lunch: 2 pears and 2 carrots
Dinner: 1 banana, 2 apple, 4 pineapple slices.
